Jose Sanchez Loureda (Past Speaker)

Jose Sanchez Loureda is currently VP, Global Head of Data Science & Analytics at CWT, and has over 15 years’ experience in data science and research. Previously, Jose worked as Head of Data Science for Sky UK, tasked with developing the big data strategy for the business and leveraging the value of rich datasets within and outside of Sky, to deliver innovative products and services. Prior to that, he worked in the energy analytics industry in the early days of smart metering and IoT. Jose comes from an academic background, having spent a number of years at Durham University doing research and teaching in mathematical sciences.
