Calvin Seward (Past Speaker)

Calvin Seward is a Research Scientist at Zalando Research and concurrently perusing his PhD at the Johnnes Kepler University in Linz. While at Zalando, he’s applied his mathematics background to fields as diverse as warehouse management, size recommendation, Artificial Intelligence and currently generative modeling. He knows AI can be a constructive force for good but since computer security has always been a topic of interest for him, he worries that poorly secured AI will put users at risk.
