Currently leading the data organisation at Santander GCB, Adam’s previous role at Lloyds was head of client and regulatory data. Adam leads his team in developing models to support projects, regulations and BAU with a key focus on creating full transparency across data models. With 20 years of working in Finance across America, Europe and the Far East, Adam is well placed to offer insight into building the right data culture for the organisation.
